5TEARS appeared at C81, and the songs appeared online.

Go here to listen to the song.

Here are the full credits to JUPITER:

Lyrics: Shimamiya Eiko
Compoisition: Holst & Shimamiya Eiko (I have no idea who Holst is)
Arrangement: Furushima Tomohisa

The song begins right away with KOTOKO singing. Her vocals here sound a bit different than usual, like not similar to some songs from Hiraku Uchuu Pocket. It’s not bad though, it’s really good. She does great throughout the whole song, even with the high notes. The music is really good too. In all, a great song.

After a while, the theme song (and its credits) for Material Brave have been revealed.

Unite + reactioN

Some info for 5TEARS has come up now.

I wonder if JUPITER is actually a cover of Hirahara Ayaka’s song. This title has “~2012~” and “K Style” (<- though that probably doesn't mean much) in it. Find out when the mini album comes out. :P

At this year’s Winter Comiket (December 29th~31st), a mini album from a brand named “infity” will be released. The mini album is by Shimamiya Eiko and is called “5TEARS – EIKO SHIMAMIYA PRODUCE”. It will have 7 songs and 4 guests singers in it. KOTOKO will be one of those guest singers.

Guest Singers
KOTOKO
Tae (One of Eiko’s former students. She covered two of Eiko’s songs.)
Tsubaki Kaori (I have no idea who this is)
karuta (Veil singer?)

Composers and Arrangers
Mix & Arrange: Furushima Tomohisa
Arrange: Iuchi Maiko, Nakatsubo Atsuhiko, Yamauchi Kensuke (guitarist for the group sleepy.ab)

Recently, it was revealed that KOTOKO will be doing the theme song to a new eroge from Giga called Material Brave. No other info was given.

Also, KOTOKO will be doing the theme song for SAGA PLANET’s next eroge, Hatsu Yuki Sakura. The song will be produced by I’ve.

Presto
Lyrics: KOTOKO
Composition & Arrangement: Nakazawa Tomoyuki & Ozaki Takeshi

The demo movie for Mashiro Summer has appeared which mentions a second theme song from KOTOKO, called “Pray’s Color -Lost-”. This could mean that it has the same lyrics but different music, or different lyrics and the same music, or it could be a new song entirely. I don’t know.

Majikoi S now has a release date of January 27th, 2012. A while back, the credits for Mirai Jigazou were revealed.

Lyrics: KOTOKO.
Composition & Arrangement: C.G mix.

With that, in terms of eroge release dates and KOTOKO’s announcement that she left I’ve, Mirai Jigazou will be her last I’ve song. (The announcements that KOTOKO would do the theme song to Twinkle Crusaders -PSS- and the ending theme to Majikoi S was revealed months before the “leaving I’ve” announcement.)

After a very long time, the theme song to this eroge has finally been revealed! (through Tech Gian, an eroge magazine)

Miracle☆Milky Way
Lyrics: KOTOKO
Composition & Arrangement: C.G mix

Twinkle Crusaders -PSS- will be out on December 22nd too.

KOTOKO’s official site was updated to reveal that her first single under Warner Home Video will be for “Shakugan no Shana III -Final-” as the OP theme. The song is called Light My Fire. Lyrics, composition, and arrangement will be by ryo of supercell.

The single will be released on November 16th.

More Hiraku Uchuu Pocket previews. Along with TR∀NSFoRM, there are now previews for Mirai Ressha, Metal Link, and Love Letter.

The short version of Pray’s Color -Link- is now up, here on YouTube. To my surprise, it’s actually quite an upbeat song. (I thought it was going to be a ballad. ^^;.) Not that, that’s a bad thing, I’m liking it quite a bit so far. Mashiro Summer also has a release date of November 25th now.

KOTOKO’s blog entry

STUDIO MUSIX’s site

KOTOKO mention in her blog entry today about going to STUDIO MUSIX. A music show, I think somewhat related to the upcoming ANIMAX MUSIX 2011 Live. In the entry, there’s a picture of her performing and one of her with May’n (another anime singer) for the “talk segment”. This will be her first time performing on a music show.

This will air on October 2nd.
